Shipping details

BBXtreme ships with a focus on preparation, careful handoff, and fast support if something around delivery needs attention.

Workshop prep

Every bike is checked, adjusted, and packed before it leaves our workshop.

Home delivery

Your e-bike will be delivered to your home ready to ride and fully adjusted. No assembly required!

Returns window

Free return within 15 days

Delivery

We prepare each order carefully before it leaves our workshop. That means checking the bike, protecting key components, and making sure the setup arrives in the condition it should.

Dispatch & tracking

Once your order is ready to leave, we keep you updated on the shipment status. If a delivery window changes or you need help before arrival, contact us and we will sort it out quickly.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 15 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.
