You have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us before returning your order so we can guide the return properly. Your BBX ships free, is packed carefully to protect paint and components, and is delivered ready to ride and fully adjusted. Every BBX includes a 2-year warranty. Return conditions: the bike must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Announce your return in advance via [email protected] or +31 77 2340 456; we will guide the return shipment and refund you as quickly as possible using the same payment method. Received a damaged or incomplete order? Check your order immediately upon delivery and report damage or missing parts within 24 hours via [email protected], including your order number and a photo. We will resolve it — with a replacement part or another suitable solution, at our expense.
